Mickey A. Fehér

CEO, coach, trainer and consultant.

Mickey has been the Managing Director and Sales Director at major multinational companies such as Deutsche Telekom, Aegis and Deloitte and served in various executive level roles across Europe. Apart from managing PurposeWorX in the US he also serves as the Executive Director for The International Association for Generative Change, a global organization founded by Robert Dilts and Steve Gilligan. His passion and mission is to help others find Meaning in their life and reach exceptional results. He is engaged in a lifelong battle against isolationism, intolerance and hatred.  Mickey’s clients include some the largest multinationals of the world such as Microsoft; GE; Vodafone and Mondelez. He has an MA in psychology and MBA in international management from Case Western University. He is a Master Practitioner; Consultant and Trainer certified by the prestigious NLPU in California. He is also a Generative Coach certified by the IAGC in Paris, France. A father of two he enjoys martial arts and meditation as two very important life tools.

 


 

Scott Miller

Partner, Senior Coach & Trainer

Forty years as a coach, trainer and teacher, Scott blends a lifetime of exceptionalism into his work with others. Diverse experiences which include two sports at the professional level, a law degree from George Washington University, producer, holistic training, lead teacher trainer, three children and fifteen years a Professor at NYU, Tisch’s revered Graduate Acting Program has tempered a professional approach that is both accessible and specific.

He is the founder of the Miller Voice Method™ and through decades of field and scientific research has developed a transformational and repeatable way to embody presence and availability for peak performances that sustain both the audience’s and speaker’s attention. Scott has trained a wide range of professionals from Boardroom Executives and managers at Fortune 500 companies to Oscar/Tony/Emmy Award winners/nominees to Olympic athletes to news anchors. Scott has been received in corporations, theaters, law firms, sets, recording studios and workshops around the world training groups, teams and individuals from over fifty countries. His work is geared toward high impact players who seek to discover, embody and/or sustain exceptionalism in their chosen lives.


 

Dr. Ágnes Jagicza

Agnes is the Managing Partner of PurposeWorx Hungary. She is a highly trained OD consultant, Executive Coach and trainer. She has founded and managed Jagall, an OD specialist company serving multinationals in CEE and Hungary. She has 15 years of Chief HR and Legal Officer executive experience at major multinational companies such as Invitel and Lapker (owned by Hachette Distribution). Her clients include some of the largest multinational companies such as Unicreditbank, Kraft Foods,  ING, Kirchoff Automotives, Metlife, NNG, Arthur Hunt, EDF. She has an MA in Economics and Law and an Msc in Coaching and Organizational Behavior (Henley Management College). She is a Certified NLP Practitioner by ITS (London) and also a certified Transactional Analysis consultant. She is currently the only Certified Systemic Team Coach by AoEC, UK in Hungary. Agnes is passionate about building high performance teams. Her ability to identify an individual’s talent and cultivate their potential is unsurpassed. As a mother of two daughters, she values strength and leadership. Agnes brings her transformational energy and vitality to every professional and personal relationship.

Aldo Civico

Senior Coach and Trainer, Conflict Management Expert

For the past twenty-five years served as a negotiation advisor and facilitator in armed conflicts in Colombia, the Western Balkans, and Syria. Led efforts to curb urban violence in Mexico, Haiti, Italy, and the USA; advised national governments on disarmament, demobilization, and reintegration of former combatants.

He has been coaching leaders and business owners on how to create/lead a conscious and Purpose driven business, and how to build a culture which accepts constructive conflicts as an important pathway to Sustainable Growth. Aldo has a Ph.D. from Columbia University in social-cultural anthropology. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Abigail Disney’s Peace is Loud foundation. He is an associate fellow of the Advanced Consortium on Cooperation, Complexity and Conflict at Columbia University, director of the Center and continues to lecture at Columbia in advanced courses in conflict resolution. Aldo is an author of four books.


Balázs László Karafiath, PhD

Senior Consultant, Coach

Previously the Co-founder and Executive Director, Neumann Society, California  and also Director, Hungarian Association of IT Companies; as well as the Emerging Research Institute. He also founded Carnation a pioneering digital branding agency as well as Darwin‘s Marketing Evolution an international marketing advisory firm. He started his career with co-founding  Sziget Ltd., the company that owns the largest European Youth Music festival. Balazs has participated in the Yale World Fellows Program and has a PhD in Social Communication from Corvinus University, Budapest. He has also BA & MBA from the Economics University of Budapest. He was a Guest lecturer at the Business School of the Central European University.
